"We left our house at 4:45 for a 7:00pm game, but it took us 2 hours and 20 minutes to get to the arena. When we got to the parking garage, the attendants directed us to park on level 5, but there were no available spaces. We ended up turning around in the garage as we had no idea why they directed us to the lower level instead of the upper level. After we parked the car, we went to the elevator, which was a big mistake. The elevator got stuck, and we had to wait 20 minutes for someone to get us out. So, between all the traffic, the bad directions from the parking attendant, and getting stuck in an elevator, we arrived in our seats with only 1 minute left in the first period. I would not recommend an event at the Prudential Center. We live in CT, which is about an hour's ride to Newark. We paid $520 for these seats and only got to see 2 periods of hockey. I wish I could convince my wife and kids to be Rangers fans and never go back to that dump they call the Lukas Nelson center."
